What have I done??
We’re allergy folks — we get it. We know exactly what it’s like to have to cut much-loved foods out of our diet. We know how paralyzing it can feel to circle the grocery in search of safe foods. We know how exasperating it can be to read a label over and over, only to discover a “may contain” warning that makes a product off limits.
That’s why we’ve created a Top 10 Guide for participants like you. It will highlight allergy-friendly brands that are free of the top 10 allergens and — in some cases — more!
As you challenge yourself to live a ‘day on the plate’ of someone with food allergies, we hope this guide will help make shopping a little easier… and eating a lot more fun. 😉
